Diversity Track Sessions Announced for Create WV 2010

What does diversity mean to you? Do you see it as something to worry about, or something to aspire to? Does the term make you nervous? Excited? Angry?

At Create WV, we advocate that our communities and organizations strive for diversity as a treasured asset. Not just for a basic level of equality and fairness, but for a competitive asset for our state. Diversity can lead to more creative solutions, more business startups and more opportunities for all.

Invigorating the Creativity of West Virginians

Create WV '09 Conference Diversity Track: Building WV's Diversity Asset

Diversity is not a concept normally associated with West Virginia. That is often an unfair perception because there are many angles of diversity that are in fact valued and represented in our state. One of the best ways to do that is to embrace diversity proactively. The Diversity Track, lead by Crystal Good, will help you and  your community on that journey!
