Have you brainstormed lately? Where did this widely known and utilized tool originate? How can its intentional use lead to more creative solutions to presented problems? How might you more effectively use this tool?
The Creative Problem Solving Process relies on a framework of divergent and convergent thinking. We will use our time together to explore the divergent (brainstorming) aspect of this framework and how you can best utilize this tool. All are welcome to participate. You will leave the workshop with a variety of brainstorming tools and a renewed appreciation for this idea-generating tool.

Presenter Bio:
Eric Pories is Lead Facilitator/Owner of Focus Intent, a West Virginia teambuilding and performance improvement company. Eric has a deeply held belief in the ability of facilitated group exercises to lead to organizational performance improvement. Eric will be presenting on one of his favorite group exercises, the use of Brainstorming, a tool of the Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Model.
