Bring a Team!
We have found that those communities who bring a group to the conference often have the best chance of creating their own local “Create” team and do amazing things! For example, Buckhannon and Upshur County was represented by 1-2 attendees in 2007, brought a team of five in 2008, and now have launched their own Create Buckhannon team and infused creative community principles into their 2015 Vision Plan.
We encourage you, no matter what official or unofficial role you have, to spread the word in your community and encourage a group to attend together.
